These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

This website is operated by AGENTIC FORCE SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore under UEN 53521409W and operated by Chee Wooi Lim (“Agentic Force Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Informational purpose only

The website provides general information about our services, experience, engineering and research. It is not a binding offer, tender response, warranty, professional opinion or commitment to provide any service, feature, result, resource or delivery date.

Nothing on this website creates a client, partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, subcontractor or other professional relationship.

Professional engagements

Any professional service is subject to a separate written agreement that defines the parties, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, fees, liability, confidentiality, data handling and intellectual-property terms.

Website descriptions, discussions, proposals, demonstrations and proofs of concept do not replace that agreement. If an agreed engagement document conflicts with these Terms, the engagement document governs that engagement.

Engineering, AI and R&D material

References to Operational AI, Suri, Agentic Force OS, AI-Augmented Trading Execution, architectures, workflows, prototypes, demonstrations, research or proofs of concept describe developing engineering work and professional capability.

They do not represent that a capability is complete, error-free, continuously available, suitable for a particular environment, compliant with every customer’s requirements, or able to produce a guaranteed outcome. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and require controls, evaluation and accountable human judgement appropriate to the use case.

Nothing relating to markets, trading or financial systems is investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, an invitation to trade, or a performance guarantee.

Our intellectual property

Unless expressly identified otherwise, this website and its original content—including text, service descriptions, operating models, methods, taxonomies, diagrams, architectures, workflows, visual design, branding, software demonstrations and R&D descriptions—are owned by, or used under licence by, Agentic Force Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

All rights are reserved. No ownership, licence or other right is transferred merely because material is published, viewed, discussed or demonstrated.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the public website for your own legitimate informational and internal business-evaluation purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you must not:

  • reproduce, republish, adapt, translate, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial website material;
  • copy or reconstruct our diagrams, operating models, workflows, demonstrations or solution materials for another offering;
  • scrape, harvest, systematically extract or build a dataset from the website;

You may share an ordinary link to a public page and quote a limited extract with clear attribution where permitted by law.

Customer, user and third-party material

You represent that you are authorised to provide it and that our receipt and reasonable use of it for the stated enquiry or engagement will not infringe another person’s rights or breach confidentiality, privacy, law or contract.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to receive, store, review and use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, assess a proposed engagement, comply with law or perform an agreed engagement.

Do not disclose trade secrets, source code, regulated data or other confidential material before appropriate confidentiality and engagement terms are agreed. Receiving an unsolicited idea, document or message does not by itself create a confidentiality, exclusivity, compensation or development obligation.

Third-party rights and open-source components

Third-party names, products, platforms, models, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References are for identification, interoperability, factual description or discussion and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.

Third-party and open-source software is governed by its applicable licence. Nothing in these Terms overrides rights or obligations imposed by a third-party licence.

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail for us to assess the concern.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or availability, impersonate another person, submit misleading material, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorised access to any system or information.

Changes, severability and waiver

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website or these Terms.
