Photos, videos and documents

We access only the library items your device permits. Scanning, thumbnails, text recognition, similarity checks and quality analysis run on your device. Photo/video files, extracted document text, face crops and local learning features are not uploaded to our account database or to a third-party generative AI service. Your operating system may download cloud-library originals, previews or model files over the internet. Permission can be limited or withdrawn in device Settings.

AI and local learning

AI suggestions can be wrong; they never authorize deletion. Optional Learn my choices uses recent Keep, Trash and Undo decisions. iOS retains up to 500 learning choices from the last 30 days, including compact visual features, even after the original is deleted. It uses Vision and, when available on a supported device, Apple Intelligence. Android uses its supported on-device analysis; it does not use Apple Intelligence. Turn learning off to stop new learning; Reset learning clears saved choice history. General analysis caches are separate and may be retained until expiry or eviction. No face identification or biometric identity matching is performed.

Account and synced progress

Supabase processes your email, account ID, authentication activity, access entitlement, deletion allowance and supported media identifiers and Keep/Trash decisions. These records enable sign-in, account protection, cross-device access and progress. Optional contact preferences include name and phone number. Photo locations are not stored in our account database. Signing in does not transfer your photo library or guarantee that different devices can match every item.

Providers and international processing

The app database is hosted in Seoul, South Korea. Supabase provides authentication and database services, including password verification if you choose password sign-in. The app does not save your password; Resend delivers sign-in and service emails. Your chosen sign-in provider handles its own login flow. These providers may process operational information such as IP addresses and delivery/security logs outside your country under their applicable terms. Apple or Google handles store transactions. We do not receive payment-card details.

Location labels

The app uses coordinates already embedded in permitted media, not live GPS tracking. When resolving a place name, those coordinates may be sent to Apple’s geocoding service on iOS or the device geocoding provider on Android. Location labels are estimates and may be inaccurate.

Widgets and shared screens

If you enable personal widget photos, recent thumbnails and optional face-aware crops appear on your Home Screen and may be visible to anyone who can see it. Widget preferences can override the app default. Turn personal photos off in the app and individual widget settings to return to stock artwork. Crops are processed locally.

Retention and account deletion

Local decisions, scan results, caches and preferences remain on your device across updates. Account deletion is available in Account and removes the active account profile, synced decisions and related usage records. It does not delete library photos, automatically erase every local cache or cancel store subscriptions. Provider backups, security logs and legally required transaction records may remain under applicable retention requirements; contact us for help with a specific request. Use Reset learning to clear learning history and device controls to manage local app storage. Uninstalling can lose unsynced changes.

Marketing, feedback and your rights

Marketing emails are optional and controlled separately in Contact preferences; they are not required for core service. We do not sell your personal data or use advertising-tracking SDKs. Feedback opens your email app and is sent only when you choose to send it; it includes the text you provide. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary private photos. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or raise a complaint with the relevant authority. We may verify your identity before acting.

Security and changes

We use authenticated account access, encrypted network connections and device secure storage for sessions. No system is risk-free. Keep your device and account secure. Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice and, where required, a new notice or consent request; a policy update alone does not authorize a new use of your data.

This website

These pages use Google Firebase Hosting, which may process network and request information to deliver and secure the website. These app pages do not embed advertising or marketing analytics scripts.
